Exchange and refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us. Our exchange and refund policy is effective 30 calendar days from the moment you have received your order. Our aim is to provide excellent service quality and fair compensation available to resolve your problems as fast as possible.
Order Cancellation/Item Model Change/Wrong Information
If you have occidentally submitted the wrong information while making your order or have chosen the wrong item model you can simply correct it by notifying us via Email and our Facebook Page Messenger within 10 hours after you have received your email confirmation. Our customers must provide us with a very precise shipping information. If you give us incorrect information, your order will have to be sent back to the store room and your money will not be refunded.
Cancellation request must be sent to us within 10 hours upon receiving your email confirmation.
For any cancellations, management and transaction fee of 20% of your total order value may apply.
You cannot cancel or change your order if it is already shipped.
You can benefit from Exchange/Refund if:
- You have received a wrong item
- The product is defective
- The product is damaged upon arrival

For defective items, please do attach a picture or a video of the damaged part.
Items must be returned in its original packaging and unused. Please also include the receipt of the order as proof of purchase.
How long is the refund processed?
Returns take 3-5 weeks to be processed. The inspection can proceed once we have received the item. You will be refunded through the original way of payment the purchase was made.
Shipping Fee Payment
You are responsible for your shipping cost when returning an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds cover the retail price of the ordered item and is not applicable on Free-Just-Pay-Shipping-Fee promotional items.
